Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Savvy Luxe, customers will receive written confirmation via email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please allow for 1-2 business days from time of purchase for order processing, however Savvy Luxe strives to ship all orders placed before 2pm EST on the same day as purchase. Savvy Luxe reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders at anytime for any reason. For any questions regarding orders, please contact us at email@example.com. We will always make our best effort to accommodate our customers reasonable request.
All Savvy Luxe domestic orders ship free on items $75 or more via UPS Ground and are generally delivered 1-8 days, depending on location. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selection on our check-out page. Those rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination.
International orders are not currently available for Savvy Luxe, although we look forward to shipping abroad very soon.

Returns & Exchanges
Covid-19 restrictions over the past year forced Savvy Luxe to follow strict guidelines according to the CDC recommendations.
Because some restrictions have been lifted, Savvy Luxe's new RETURN & EXCHANGES will go as follows;
Orders may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of the original order's delivery/arrival. More specifically, Savvy Luxe requires that your return package be post marked no more than the 7 days from the date order that your tracking order reflects that the package/product(s) was delivered. If your returned items are shipped back to Savvy Luxe beyond the qualifying return window/date, Savvy Luxe reserves the right to reject package/item(s) and return, or accept the return/item(s) with a 25% restocking fee, at the discretion of Savvy Luxe. Anything purchased with a special code or discount is considered FINAL SALE and not returnable.
Merchandise must be unworn and must be intact and undisturbed, along with all tags, label, seals, stickers or any other indicators that were in place on the merchandise when shipped. In order to return or exchange packages according to the return window, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in it's original packaging which also includes all original packaging and documentations, and be packed and shipped in such a way to protect the package and the contents inside. We/Savvy Luxe will not except returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show clear signs of use and abuse. Merchandise received by a customer as a result of an exchange is not considered an original order, and may only be exchanged at the discretion of Savvy Luxe Customer Service. Savvy Luxe is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges or returned merchandise.We can only recommend UPS or FedEx when shipping items for exchange, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise/packages during shipment exchange. Savvy Luxe items may not be exchanged or returned for store credit/Gift Cards.
Savvy Luxe exchanges may only be made for equal or lesser value. Upon the valid return of your original item(s), you will be shipped your new items and your original payment method will be refunded if there is a difference in price. If you have received a Savvy Luxe item(s) but would like to return your Savvy Luxe item(s) for a more expensive Savvy Luxe item, you must return your original/current item(s) for a full refund and then purchase your new item(s). Savvy Luxe also can not guarantee the available of of any specific styles for returns or exchanges. If your desired replacement is no longer available, you may be able to indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
To initiate your return, you will be taken to an automated returns and exchange form. Completion of this form will initiate your claim into our customer service system, as well as guide you through the proper step necessary to process your return. Simply click the link below, follow the onscreen instructions and answer the questions as they appear.
After completing and submitting the form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Please print your confirmation page, your confirmation page must be include in the return package. The confirmation page/sheet will allow Savvy Luxe customer service to identify your package. Without the confirmation sheet, your package could be significantly delayed or lost entirely.

Again, please remember you must print and include the confirmation form inside of your return package. Savvy Luxe also recommends that you save a copy for your own records.
