Craving Healthy Foods is my JAMMMM!!!

I am a huge fan of fresh delicious healthy fare! I actually crave healthy foods!!! I thoroughly enjoy shopping at certain grocery stores that provide me with the most trusted resources. Stores like Erewhon Markets, Mothers Market, and Whole Foods, just to name a few; a good cookbook and access to one of my favorite markets and I am a happy girl. A delicious homemade meal makes me feel good. I feel properly energized and focused. I feel like I have loved on myself. This post is about a few random supplements and vitamins that I like to use on a daily basis; products that I actually crave in my diet.

Healthy Cravings… Matcha! Matcha! Matcha!!!! I love loading my matcha with lots of extra goodness. Collagen, CBD, Ashwagandha and oat milk, hot or cold.  Erewhon  has a “Activated Matcha”

I have sooo many cravings. These are just a few on my most recent rotations. In between meals I live off of “Date Balls” ;this is my name for this delicious guilt free snack. This snack travels well and fills me up. My date balls satisfy my cravings for something sweet instead of being tempted to choose something harmful to my system. My blood sugar levels are stable. I use my recipe to add protein, collagen, and adaptogens. My husband inhales these balls almost a fast as I do. It’s a bit difficult to keep them in the frig just for myself. The same is true with the blondie brownies. My middle son Miles will devour these during the night while everyone sleeps. I sometimes like to eat these brownies with cashew or almond milk ice cream I often find myself making batches of blondie brownies every other day of the week. LOL! I don’t mind because I know that they are getting something healthy into their system.

My current hot drink craving of the moment, on HEAVY rotation is matcha. There are a few special locations that makes delicious matcha to my liking. First, NEIGHBORHOOD coffee shop is a great stop for a matcha. I also like Erewhon for an activated matcha. And last but not least, Nordstrom. The quick stop sandwich and coffee spots that sits on the edge of most Nordstroms stores, make a mean delicious matcha that I love. They are not necessarily made with nutrition in mind but, I always dress mine up with nutritional goodness.

I also seem to crave everything in a bowl. My food looks sooo pretty layered in a bowl. LOL! I can’t seem to end this particular craving.

Side note. If you do not have any of the grocery stores listed above in your community, Target stores now carry most of the items listed in this “BLOGPOST” “Sun Potion” is the current brand of my choice for adaptogens, but there are so many great trusted brands. Make sure to do your homework before purchasing adaptogens. If you prefer the Brands that I have listed, links are provided for your convenience to purchase online.
