Lasagna Style Spaghetti Squash

Eat More Plants

This Sundays dinner is so easy on the digestion for me and my family.  Most of us have dairy issues.  This meal is a prime example of how you can enjoy all of the same foods that are a no, no-due to allergies;  with just a few simple changes and swaps.  This lasagna is loaded with cheese.  Three different kinds of cheese to be exact. Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Ricotta.  I replaced each cheese with an alternative.  I used sheep's milk instead.

I added ground turkey for some of my family members, but I often prefer meatless meals.  This is a perfect hearty meal with or without meat protein.  This recipe was so filling that we have leftovers.  Perfect for lunch the next day.

This recipe comes from another one of my favorite cookbooks; sproutedkitchen.com go to the website and then follow them on Instagram.  Save the website to your desktop.  This, of course, makes for easy access to healthy clean and inspired eating.  I also have actual cookbooks by "Sprouted kitchen".  I absolutely love collecting cookbooks.

Enjoy!
